• Tenants/occupants/guests: name, contact details, Right-to-Rent checks (England), references, payments and stay/tenancy records.
• Website: form submissions, technical logs (IP/UA) and cookies necessary for site operation.

Why we use your data (lawful bases)

• Contract: to deliver management/letting or accommodation services.
• Legal obligation: Right-to-Rent, safety and record-keeping.
• Legitimate interests: business administration, fraud prevention, resolving complaints.
• Consent: only where we rely on it (e.g., certain marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We share data only when necessary with: maintenance contractors, referencing providers, payment processors, insurance/legal advisers, and public authorities where required. We require appropriate confidentiality and security.
